I was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for dinner and breakfast. It was budget complete with a storage, an iron, and a kettle. Location: the hotel was near to the very centre of the town overlooking a pleasant garden and walkway. The ambience felt really cosy and the service was amazing. Have stayed here before, this is a stunningly beautiful and enchanting venue, would recomand.

Exceptionally comfortable place all in all, has enthusiastic staff with excellent services and polite helpful staff. The attached restaurant is pretty good which sold good food too.

The room was bright and luxurious, we would absolutely stay here again. The restaurant was perfect with good quality food at good prices, we ordered excellent dishes.

Its location is amazing & beautiful, close enough to local parks, tourist attractions and bars & restaurants and quality restaraunts, bars and shopping.

Breakfast with gluten free toast arriving eventually, courteous and enthusiastic staff, very good value for money. Fantastic breakfast, new-fashioned rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. Great and stunning location a super close walk to Royal Pump Room Museum.

Everything was good during 1 day, really enjoyed its marvellous location close enough to the communal areas, the restaurant which was lovely beautiful atmosphere, and Betty's Famous Tea shop. Both rooms we booked were luxurious and bright with heating, a dishwasher, for example, no complains at all. Exceptional service was provided.

The weather was quite warm, had restful stay out on our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the very central location and the room was quiet.

Our room was great value with good sized comfortable double bed and the staff were very supportive. The location was comfortable and ideal - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The breakfast choices were absolutely fantastic with orange juice and toast, as example. The staff was very good and really kind and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. Location: the hotel was close to the shopping area, all the public areas and the local shops and restaurants. Also, Beulah Street was easy to reach.
